This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to appoint a fit person for regulating the Arulmigu Masani Amman Temple, Erichantham Village, Sivakasi Circle, Virudhunagar District, in view of the proceedings initiated by the second respondent, in proceedings Ve.Aa.No.93/Se.Ma.Tho.A/18, dated 26.06.2018.

Writ Petition (MD) No.4767 of 2019 2.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that appropriate orders will be passed pursuant to the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 26.06.2018, by the first respondent after hearing the respondents 3 and 4, within a time frame.

3.Recording the above said submission, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 26.06.2018, after hearing the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
