ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from issuing works order to the respondents 4 and 5 pursuant to tender notification https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 19.06.2018 issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.20/2018, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2018. 2.It appears that the work order has been issued to the respondents 4 and 5 on 13.08.2018. According to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5, the work has also been commenced. Therefore, the issues, which have originally raised, did not survive for any further consideration before this Court. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the award of contract to the private respondents 4 and 5, it is always open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
