Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner states that the existing transformer, that was located nearby, was shifted in order to oblige somebody else and placed in front of the petitioner's shop. Therefore, the petitioner had given a representation dated 08.05.2020. Before the writ petition could be filed, during the lock down times, the transformer was shifted and placed in front of the petitioner's shop. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.12841 of 2020 3.The learned Standing Counsel produced a photograph of the said installation. Prima facie it does not appear to hinder the access right of the petitioner. The petitioner expressed his grievance that it may endanger the safety of the petitioner's premises. The respondents are directed to ensure that the transformer is maintained in such a condition that the petitioner's premises will not be endangered in any manner. If the petitioner makes any complaint to the third respondent in this regard, the same will be attended to.

4.With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
