PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner dated 15.06.2022 under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent made a complaint against the petitioner before the respondent Police as if the petitioner cheated the money for securing job in abroad and the same was not honoured. Thereby, the respondent Police called the petitioner for enquiry, for which, the petitioner appeared before them, at that time, the respondent Police had harassed him.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the enquiry has been conducted and closed on 01.07.2022.

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
