Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous in view of the fact that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, an appointment order has been issued in favour of another person, viz., Rajathi. Hence, he seeks liberty to challenge the appointment order issued to the above said Rajathi.

2. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the appointment order issued in favour of the above said Rajathi by filing appropriate legal proceedings in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
