ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of Crime No.91 of 2019 dated 25.07.2019 and to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered an FIR in Crime No.91 of 2019, for the offences under Sections 465, 471, 420, 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC, completed the investigation and charge sheet had been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, on 07.12.2020. 3.Recording the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, is directed to take the same on file, if it is otherwise in order.
