ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 365, 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.92 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that there is a love affair between the defacto complainant's father and the daughter of this petitioner. On 29.05.2022, they were missing. Due to which, the accused persons kidnapped the defacto complainant's father. Based on the above said occurrence, this case has been registered against the accused persons.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to love affair between the defacto complainant's brother and the 1/3
daughter of this petitioner, they eloped. Based on the complaint, both were secured, now they got married and living together. Coaccused also enlarged on bail.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that there is a love affair between the defacto complainant's brother and daughter of the petitioner, due to which, trouble arose between the parties.
5. Since the occurrence taken place due to love affair, to find out the whereabouts of the defacto complainant's father, this complaint has been lodged against the defacto complainant. Now, they got married and living together. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and that the co-accused already enlarged on bail, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
