This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to appoint the petitioner in the post of Anganwadi Worker at Paramanthur Anganwadi Centre, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on her representation dated 12.02.2019.

2. The sixth respondent has been appointed to the post of Anganwadi worker at the aforementioned place which is questioned by the petitioner in this Writ Petition. However, the appointment order issued to the sixth respondent has not been challenged. This Writ Petition has been field only for a mandamus seeking to direct the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2019, wherein, the petitioner has requested the 2/4

official respondents to appoint her to the post of Anganwadi worker. Without challenging the appointment of the sixth respondent, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the appointment of the sixth respondent by filing a separate Writ Petition. No costs.
