To extend the time imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.11912 of 2018 dated 13/07/2018 to execute the suriety and thereby render justice.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.RAJAMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to extend the time to execute the sureties and to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11912 of 2018 dated 13.07.2018. 2.The counsel for the petitioner submits that the defacto complainant has declined to receive the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directed to be paid by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to deposit the said amount to the credit of the Crime No.319 of 2018, before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. The time, for surrender and execution of sureties, is extended by further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
