O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2018 seeking approval and salary from 05.11.2014 to 30.07.2017 as B.T.Assistant (English) in the 3rd respondent school.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that final order has been passed during the month of May 2017. Without challenging the said order, the request of the petitioner cannot be granted.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order is yet to be served on him and he is also not aware of the said order.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ petition is dismissed directing the respondent concerned to communicate the order copy to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if he is so advised. No costs.
