O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a limited direction to the respondents to complete the proceedings pending in Oo.Mu.No.6141/2024/A3 dated 18.10.2024.

2.The petitioner has made a representation on 26.09.2024, seeking rectification of the mistakes in the measurements reflected in Patta No.6690 and FMB pertaining to Survey No.688/1D situated at Poomalaigundu Village, Theni District.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, the first respondent being the competent authority, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2024 and conclude the enquiry in Oo.Mu.No.6141/2024/A3 dated 18.10.2024. After affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner, the first respondent shall pass final 2/5

orders within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
