PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 147 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A8, who was arrested on 26.05.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of IPC@ 366(A) of IPC and Sections 3(a),4, 5(l), 6 of POCSO Act in Crime No.147 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 7868 and 8708 of 2021 were dismissed on 18.06.2021 and 02.07.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Since dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
