Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of passport. 3.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 and 3 states that the case against the petitioner is pending only at the FIR stage.

4. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment for issuing passport to the petitioner. The first respondent is directed to process the petition mentioned application and issue passport to the petitioner subject to fulfillment of the other formalities.
