ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.42 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that during the temple festival, the petitioner along with other accused persons abused and assaulted the de-facto complainant and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the case. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that the petitioner is having five previous cases.

No.8375 of 2023 4.It is seen from the records that this is the petitioner's second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was partly allowed in respect of the accused 2 to 4 are concerned and dismissed in respect of the petitioner alone in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7338 of 2023, dated 20.04.2023. 5.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
