Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure, to direct the Learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act 1989, Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the petitioners in connection with the FIR in Crime No. 17 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police on the very same date of the surrender of the petitioners and consequently to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the very same day itself by disposing of the petitioner's bail application.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A.Albert James, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents No. 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time for a period of two weeks to comply with the order dated 06.05.2022 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8737 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended for a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8737 of 2022.
