This petition has been filed by the petitioner to complete the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, they registered a case in Crime No.11 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 465, 467, 471, 420 and 506(1) of IPC and they are conducting investigation and now awaiting for the some revenue records. They will complete the investigation and file the final report within one month.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned Government Advocate that they are awaiting for some revenue records and they will conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file the final report within one month, recording the same, this Court directs the 1st respondent to file the final report within a period of one months from the date of this Order.
