From the materials and the facts as disclosed in the writ petition, admittedly there is a civil litigation pending between https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner and the fourth respondent in regard to the property in question. When a civil litigation is pending before the competent civil Court, it is not open to the petitioner to approach this Court by invoking its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2. In any event, this Court does not find any worthy material in the writ petition and the writ petition lacks merit and substance and therefore, deserves to be dismissed.

3. For the above said reasons, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
