No.22/2026/A5 dated 03.02.2026 within a time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2/5
3 W.P.(MD)NO.10709 OF 2026 respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the fifth respondent.
2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is a resident of Alangudi Revenue Village. He alleges that in the petition mentioned survey number, there are encroachments and that the same have to be removed.
4. The fourth respondent shall conduct survey after issuing notice to all the interested persons including the petitioner herein. Based on the same, Form-I notice will be issued. If encroachments are noticed, Form-II and Form-III notices shall be issued and consequential action shall also be taken. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms. No costs.
