Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 10.09.2018 in the light of the G.O.(MS).No.350 of Higher Education (H1) Department, dated on 09.09.2009 by using multiplier 1.86 for proper fixation with equaling to petitioner pre-revised scale of pay i.e., 10000*1.86=18600 in consonance with the G.O.(Ms) No.145 of Higher Education (H1) Department, dated 16.07.2018 as per law prevailing and to provide monetary benefits since the date of appointment.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the affidavit.
2.The petitioner herein was appointed as Lecturer pursuant to the Government Order passed in the year 2012. He seeks revised scale of pay on par with the persons, who were appointed in the year 2009. It is per se illegal and unjust.

3.The petitioner herein could not explain how he seeks revised scale of pay on par with the persons, who were appointed in the year 2009, prior to passing of G.O.(MS)No.350, Higher Education (H1) Department, dated 09.09.2009, which has standardised each staff cadre in the Higher Education Department. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better affidavit. No costs.
