ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to transfer the complaint dated 14.04.2023 from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent for taking necessary action.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has already given a change of vakalat to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that an enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and it was closed after considering the fact that the fourth respondent had produced all the certificates to the effect that he graduated from Dr.Rammanohar Lohia College of Law, Bangalore and subsequently, he was enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

4. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), no further orders are required to 2/4

be passed in this case and this Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
