2. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner is the legal heir of the deceased Government employee Shanmugathai who claims to have been covered under New Health Insurance Scheme had filed these Writ Petitions seeking direction against the respondents to pay sum of Rs.1,16,905/- and Rs.1,03,277/- as 3/6
reimbursement for medical expenses of the petitioner's mother S.Shanmugathai, who underwent medical treatment for a period from 16.04.2023 to 26.04.2023 and 23.03.2023 to 08.04.2023 respectively by considering the petitioner's applications dated 01.06.2023 and 12.04.2023, following the reminder representation dated 19.12.2023.
4. Mr.R.Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's application with regard to the medical reimbursement for her mother has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed.
5. Since the first level order itself has not been passed so far and the matter is pending for a long time, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in light of the New Health Insurance Schemeand settle the amount as per the petitioner's eligibility in accordance with the said Scheme within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
