Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to measure the lands comprised in Survey No.127 - 12 B situated at Vottamkadu Village, Vottamkadu Panchayat, Thanjavur District and fix the boundaries of petitioner's land of an extent of 10 cents in the said survey number by considering the petitioner's application dated 27.08.2018 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks survey of the petition mentioned land. He has given an application dated 27.08.2018. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that there is no rival claim.

4.The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to complete the said exercise within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
