This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to provide the petitioner adequate police protection at the time of surveying his property in Old Survey No.218/6, New Survey No.275/11 of Kathiramangalam Village, Thiruvidaimarudur Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 4, on instructions would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in C.S.R.No.267 of 2020 and after enquiry, the said petition was closed. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10449 of 2020 respondents made a statement before the police that they have no objection for surveying the land of the petitioner by a taluk Surveyor.
