O R D E R
The revision petitioners seek a speedy disposal of the final decree proceedings filed by them. It is seen that the first petitioner is the wife of the contesting second respondent. The petitioners 2 and 3 are her children. Already maintenance decree has been ordered in their favour. Since the wife and children are seeking an early disposal of the final decree proceedings I am of the view that interest of justice would be served if the proceedings may be expedited. Accordingly, the learned District Munsif, Karur, is directed to expedite the proceedings in I.A.No.1343 of 2017 in O.S.NO.572 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Karur, Karur District.
2. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
