Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take immediate action to disburse the general provident fund, encashment of leave salary and special provident fund to the petitioner within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action for disbursing the general provident fund, encashment of leave salary and special provident fund to the petitioner within a specified time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the petitioner was placed under suspension and hence, he is not entitled to get any benefit viz., DCRG, Pension, etc. 3.In the present Writ petition, the petitioner has sought for disbursement of general provident fund, encashment of leave salary and special provident fund, which cannot be denied. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to pay general provident fund, encashment of leave salary and special

provident fund to the petitioner, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order preferably on or before 31.12.2018. The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
