ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the wrong entries in the UDR pertaining to Survey No.510/1B, to an extent of 3 cents situated at Keelanemmankottai village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Based on the petitioner's request, the second respondent has already conducted an enquiry on 24.02.2025. According to the petitioner, no further proceedings have taken place beyond 24.02.2025, thereby, necessitating the petitioner to approach this Court seeking directions.

3. In the light of the above, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the second respondent to forward the enquiry report to the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt 2/5

of a copy of this order and the first respondent shall placing the reliance on the said report of the second respondent and after hearing the petitioner by way of giving personal hearing, dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
