ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order, dated 06.06.2022 and by interim order of this Court, dated 21.06.2022, the petitioner was reinstated in service. A detailed enquiry was also conducted and the enquiry officer submitted an enquiry report holding that all the charges framed against the petitioner are proved.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was suspended in another case and he was also arrested by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Tuticorin in Crime No.1 of 2024 on 25.09.2024.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the petitioner was absconding from 20.02.2024 and he was suspended by the fourth respondent on 26.03.2024. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition for further adjudication.

4. In the result, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
