This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to enquire into the complaint, dated 30.09.2018 on the file of the second respondent.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner for consecutively second time.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the complaint of the writ petitioner is regarding validity of a sale deed, which is a subject matter of O.S.No.18 of 2011 on the file of Sub Court, Kulithalai and when the complainant was summoned for enquiry, he did not co-operate.
