ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 457 and 380 IPC altered into Sections 380, 461, 462, 406, 420 and 120-B IPC in Crime No.219 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution that the defacto complainant, who is an Area Manager of a Warehouse, has taken lease a ware house from A1 for storing agricultural goods. The said ware house was administered and supervised by the defacto complainant's company.

It is alleged that 9000 agricultural paddy bags were found missing and the same was enquired. A1 agreed to pay the amount for the said agricultural paddy bags, within a period of one month. However, he did not pay the said amount. Hence, a case has been registered. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 4.It is seen from the records that this Court already dismissed the earlier petition for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17599 of 2018 on 09.10.2018 and there is no change in circumstances. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
