The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to remove the encroachments made in the land allotted to the fifth respondent School and consequently, to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to take necessary steps to a construct compound wall around the School within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the encroachments have already been removed and that a compound wall has been constructed. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
