RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrender of the petitioners before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Ramnad, Ramnad District in Crl.OP (MD))NO.16482 of 2018 dated 14/09/2018 in connection with Cr.No.173 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SATHIYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16482 of 2018, dated 14.09.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of more than 15 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioners.

a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) each, in total Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to the credit of Dt.Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, State Bank of India, Periyakulam, A/c.No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN0000898, MICR Code: 625002601, and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
