This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No. 2 for expeditious complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No. 630 of 2020 on the file of the respondent no.3 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.On the side of the prosecution it is stated that charge sheet was already filed on 10.01.2021 and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2021 before the PCR Court, Ramanathapuram. 3.In view of the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
