ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue a non traceable Certificate vide Doc.No. 1066 of 1974 and Doc.No. 1/3507/1958, on the basis of the online complaint ID.No. CUC22064129, on the file of the respondent and issue missing certificate.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police has received an online complaint from the petitioner. But, so far, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police, for enquiry and also not produced necessary documents. Hence, the investigation is pending. 3.Recording the same, the petitioner herein is directed to appear before the respondent police, produce necessary documents for further investigation and co-operate with the respondent police. The respondent police is also directed to take suitable action in this matter.
