ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is a second round of litigation for the same subject matter. In earlier occasion, Crl.O.P(MD) No.3731 of 2019 was filed, wherein it was submitted that enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein by order dated 12.03.2019.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.143 of 2021 and the same was closed on 23.07.2021, observing that this is a civil dispute and earlier complaint on the same subject was also closed in C.P.No.172 of 2018. 4.Recording the submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor that enquiry was closed nothing survives for further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
