ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.91 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police have already filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Therefore, the respondent police is directed to follow up and number the final report that has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
