accused persons referred to in the F.I.R. In Crime No.241 of 2019 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent as accused in and file a charge sheet of afresh.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the final report in Crime No2.241/2019 and direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct the further investigation by recording 161(3) Cr.P.C. statements of the petitioner and other witnesses and also to array all the accused persons referred to in the F.I.R. In Crime No.241 of 2019 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent as accused in and file a charge sheet of afresh.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending this petition, the respondent police conducted investigation and filed a chargesheet before the trial court and hence, prays for a direction to the trial court to dispose of the said case. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the trial court.
