This Criminal Original Petition has been filed as against the impugned charge sheet in S.C.No.15 of 2023, on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
