O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to conduct survey of the lands of the petitioner in S.F.No.279/9 measuring 1 acre 93 cents at Kupachipalayam, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District. The petitioner had given a representation on 10.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. The petitioner had also impleaded the respondents 4 to 6, who according to the petitioner, are his adjacent land owners.

3.A direction is given to the first and second respondents to specifically issue notice to the respondents 4 to 6 and in their presence, if there are no objections, conduct survey of the aforementioned lands. If 2/4

objections are raised, then reasons should be given as to why survey should not be conducted. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
