The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the transfer applications of the petitioner dated 03.03.2018 and 25.02.2019 and to accommodate her as Anganwadi Worker in the vacant post at Kannmangalapatti Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District, within a stipulated period.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel submitted that the respondents have considered the petitioner's transfer request and rejected the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ____________

W.P.(MD) No.5028 of 2019 and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 02.03.2019.

3. In view of the above position, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is therefore dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
