ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498A, 149, 406, 506(1) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.5 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.10099 of 2021 No.8482 of 2021 was dismissed as against this petitioner on 07.07.2021.

3. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to state the change of circumstance, which entitles the petitioner for moving this anticipatory bail Petition.
