On the last hearing date on 12.09.2024, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents had submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous, in view of the fact that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the proposal for appointment of the respondents 6 to 9 have been approved by the official respondents. 2.On the last hearing date on 12.09.2024, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions with regard to the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

3.Today, when the matter was heard, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer sought for has now become infructuous.

4.After recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
