Mr.R.G.Shankar Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that the fifth respondent had dropped the proposal for erecting the cell phone tower and therefore, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous in view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
