Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.12789 of 2021 petition mentioned hospital. There appears to be a matrimonial dispute between the parties. Several contentious questions have also been raised. More than any thing else, the petitioner is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional civil Court.

3. Therefore, I am not in a position to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner. Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
