Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned tender notification dated 04.04.2025 and 17.04.2025 in Na.Ka.No. B2/210/2025 on the file of fourth respondent and quash all further proceedings pursuant to the same and further directing the Respondents to issue fresh tender notification by following the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules 2000 and Act.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ petition has been instituted challenging the tender notifications dated 04.04.2025 and 17.04.2025.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that tender notifications were issued for 51 works, out of which, 34 works have already been finalized and 17 works are yet to be finalized. 2/4
Therefore, in respect of 17 works, fresh tender notice is to be issued. As far as 34 works are concerned, it is to be finalized by following the procedures scrupulously.
3.The authorities competent are directed to ensure that all the procedures as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act and Rules are followed in a transparent manner. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved from and out of any of the works already finalized or irregularities are identified, he is at liberty to challenge the said work order or any other proceedings issued. 4.With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
