PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam to conduct the speedy trial and dispose the original suit in O.S.No.11 of 2021 within a time frame. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Rajaram
ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.11 of 2021.
2. The cause title in O.S.No.11 of 2021 indicates that there are about 12 defendants in the above suit. The extract of the proceedings filed by the petitioner indicates that not all the defendants have been served with summons. Therefore, there cannot be a specific direction for setting time limit without suit summons being served on all the respondents/defendants. However, there shall be a direction to dispose of the suit within a period of 15 months from the service of suit summons on all the respondents/defendants.

3. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.11 of 2021 within a period of 15 months from the service of suit summons on all the respondents/defendants.
4. The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
