ORDER

The order of the 2nd respondent dated 06.02.2019 is under challenge in this Writ Petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the petitioner changed his business to some other place.

3.A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition shows that the dispute is only between the petitioner and the private respondent. As such, the 2nd respondent has no power to issue show cause notice. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
