PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the basis of the representations dated 28.08.2024 and 17.04.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this court.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the basis of the representations dated 28.08.2024 and 17.04.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representations dated 28.08.2024 and 17.04.2025 to the third respondent, but the same have not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representations are 2/5
under consideration with the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.
5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representations are pending with the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representations dated 28.08.2024 and 17.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 29.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
