This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
