This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent 4 and 5 to take appropriate action on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this court.

2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 26.03.2025 to the respondents 4 and 5, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police denied the receipt of the petitioner's representation and he further submit that if the petitioner sends a fresh representation, they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner served a copy of the representation, dated 26.03.2025 to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
5.Since a copy of the representation is served to the respondents, recording the submission and today the respondents received the copy of the representation through the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Court directs the respondents 4 and 5 to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of one week, from the date of 3/6
