ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who seeks anticipatory bail, is facing charges under Sections 406, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending. 3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to him may not arise.
